Q: What can I access via the home page?
A: From the home page, there are links to the following:

Orders
Q. How do I view the product catalogue?
A. The product catalogue can be viewed via the navigation bar at the top, or from the product catalogue icon further down the home page.
Q. How do I add products to my basket?
A. To add products to your basket, search your desired product in the search bar at the top of the page or choose to search through the product categories within the product catalogue. Once you have found your desired product, click the button ‘Add to Basket’.
Q. How do I view my order history?
A. There is a quick link, ‘Order History’ icon on the home page. Click here to view and filter your search by order number, status or date. View specific orders details by clicking into the ‘Status’ of the order.
Q. I order the same products regularly. Can I do this easily?
A. Yes. There are a few ways you can do this.
- Our ‘Quick Order Pad’ icon on the home page. Click here to search via product SKU and add all products straight to your basket in one click.
- Save a previous order as a favourite by viewing your order history, view order details, scroll further down the page and click ‘Mark as Favourite’. It will ask you to name your order. For example, ‘Autoglym 3-month supply’. Within your account, you will now be able to view that order within ‘Favourite Orders’.
- Use the ‘Saved Baskets’ function. Before proceeding with your checkout, click ‘Save For Later’ at the bottom of your basket. Within your account, you will now be able to view the order within ‘Saved Baskets’.
Q. Why is the order I placed now awaiting approval?
A. Orders that are over budget will be held for approval.
Q. How will my budget manager know they need to approve or reject an order I have placed?
A. You and the budget manager will receive emails letting you know the order is awaiting approval and the budget manager will need to act.
Q. I received an email stating I need to review an order. How do I approve/ reject this order?
A. You will receive an email notifying you that an order needs your approval. Log into your account on the My Autoglym portal. Select the ‘Order History’ quick link from the home page. Select the order(s) you would like to approve or reject via the check box. Once you have made your selection, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’ action button to proceed. Please note that you are unable to amend the order within this process - only accept or reject the order.
Q. How do I resubmit an order that was previously rejected?
A. If you want to resubmit an order that was previously rejected, you can find this order within your ‘Order History’. Click into the order and resubmit the order. This will add the products to your basket, where you can edit the order or proceed to checkout.

Reports
Q: How can I generate/view reports?
A. To generate/view order analysis reports in your account, click ‘Account Settings’ via the home page or ‘View account’ in the top right-hand corner. Then scroll down to the ‘Reports’ section where you can view ‘Order Analysis Report’.
Sites
Q: How do I switch to another site?
A. In the top right-hand corner, click ‘View Account’. In the ‘Account Details’ section, click ‘Switch to a Different Site’ and select to alternative site you would like to switch to.
Product
Q: How do I learn more about a product?
A. Each product page contains detailed information, including its use, features and benefits, available volumes, how to use instructions and the safety data sheet ready to view or download. You may also see your recently viewed products for a quick return to other products of interest.
Q. How do I make changes to product listings?
A. Please contact uksales@autoglym.com to request any changes to be made to product listings and this will be dealt with in a timely manner.
